Webinar: Eating well and nurturing others

Length: 57 mins

In this webinar Andrea draws upon her work with foster carers, adopters and special guardians, in the UK and internationally, to explore the social and emotional meanings of food for children and their carers. She identifies some of the challenges, but uses examples of cooking, shopping and eating together to demonstrate how good care supports a healthy relationship with food in childhood and into adulthood.

This webinar was created for foster carers, though may have useful information and tips for adoptive parents and special guardians.
