Ruth Copson is an experienced adoption social worker and senior research associate at the University of East Anglia, currently working on an evaluation of DfE funded Early Permanence projects across England.

She has recently completed her PhD which explores how family time is experienced by EP carers, birth parents, professionals and infants.
