At CATCH, we are incredibly proud of our long-standing partnership with Adoption@Heart, the Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) serving the Black Country. A collaboration of the City of Wolverhampton Council, Dudley Council, Sandwell Children’s Trust, and Walsall Council.
Adoption@Heart not only recruit adopters and finds families for children but also provides comprehensive, lifelong support. This shared commitment to the entire adoption journey is what makes our work together so impactful.
What makes Adoption@Heart such an effective partner? They are the sole agency responsible for all children with an adoption plan in the four Black Country local authority areas. This means their adopters are considered first for these children, streamlining the process and helping children find permanent homes faster. This focus on improving life chances for children is what truly sets them apart.
Adoption@Heart is a fantastic fit for prospective parents because they offer:
We are delighted that Adoption@Heart introduces CATCH to prospective adopters early in their journey. We know from experience that the earlier adopters engage with our platform, the more they utilise it for guidance, connection, and reassurance throughout their adoption journey and beyond.
Ray Vernon, CATCH’s Digital Partnership Executive, shared his appreciation for this approach:
“We’ve partnered with Adoption@Heart for many years, and we’ve seen first-hand their dedication to providing exceptional support. It is a true comfort for new adopters to know they are backed by an agency committed to being there for them. We applaud their consistency and look forward to another year of working together to help their families thrive.”
This is a testament to our shared belief that support for a family doesn’t end with the adoption order; it’s a lifelong commitment. We are proud to continue working with the team at Adoption@Heart, helping to ensure that the children and families of the Black Country have everything they need to flourish.
