Dr Natalie Briant is a Clinical Psychologist who has spent more than 25 years working with children who are care experienced and have moved into foster or adoptive families.
Most latterly in the NHS, Natalie was the clinical lead for a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) specifically for looked after and adopted young people and enjoyed the challenge of creating a service that could provide a responsive and helpful service for families who were struggling. Whilst there, she designed and led a range of training programmes and groups for foster and adoptive families and other adults who work with care experienced children.
Natalie is passionate about helping the adults around a child understand more about what might be happening for their child or children. Natalie currently works in private practice in Oxfordshire and continues to provide some interventions to children who are care experienced.
