Dean Hunter – Lead HR Trustee (PACT): Dean has a background in HR leadership having spent the last 30 years supporting various organisations in the UK and Internationally. He is Chairman of HR company, “Hunter Adams” which he founded in 2011. Dean is passionate about culture, engagement and inclusivity and is also the Lead Trustee for PACT for Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (EDEI). Dean is passionate about providing children with the best start in life, which is why he joined PACT as a volunteer trustee in April 2022.

Emma Sweetman – Senior Associate Solicitor: Emma is a Senior Associate in the Employment team at international law firm CMS. She supports clients through a range of day-to-day employment matters and has significant experience in helping navigate the tricky world of family related leave and drafting and refining associated policies and procedures. Outside of her legal practice, Emma sits on the firm’s One North Charity Committee and co-leads on the Sheffield CMS Link initiative.
