Live webinar: Understanding trauma in children and young people

Many of the children who move into foster and adoptive families have experienced trauma. Each child may present that trauma in different ways, some of which can be harder to spot.

In this webinar Dr Natalie Briant talks through a range of ways that children may present trauma symptoms – from the obvious to the less obvious.

She also looks at strategies to help support your child and briefly comments on how to approach this area with school.

This webinar is aimed at prospective adopters, adoptive parents, special guardians, foster carers and professionals.
