Leicestershire County Council renews with CATCH for the 6th year

This renewal continues a significant relationship that began in 2020, when the council first invested in the platform (then known as The Adopter Hub) to enhance the support available to its families.

Leicestershire County Council’s adoption team operates as part of Family Adoption Links (FAL), a regional adoption partnership that brings together local authorities across the East Midlands. By working as Family Adoption Links Leicestershire, the team is able to provide a wider pool of adopters for children waiting for forever homes, while ensuring that families receive high-quality, consistent support regardless of where they live.

A commitment to lifelong support

Leicestershire has long recognised that the adoption journey does not end when a child moves in. By investing in CATCH for over half a decade, they have ensured that their adopters have 24/7 access to therapeutic parenting resources, specialist webinars, and a supportive peer community. This proactive approach helps families navigate the complexities of trauma and attachment, providing support well before a situation reaches a crisis point.
