Emma is a senior associate in the employment team at international law firm CMS. She supports clients through a range of day-to-day employment matters and has significant experience in helping navigate the tricky world of family related leave and drafting and refining associated policies and procedures.

Outside of her legal practice, Emma sits on the firm’s One North Charity Committee and co-leads on the Sheffield CMS Link initiative.
